Interview

Upon receiving your complete application, we will access your skills, experience and qualifications against our criteria, if you are successful to the next round, we will invite you for a phone interview with a People and Culture team member.

If the People and Culture interview are successful, we may invite you to a face-to-face or teleconference interview with a Delegate or and the Hiring Manager to see whether you would be a good fit within our organisation and for you to see if our organisation is a good fit for you.

Background Checks

As a final step, you will be required to undergo some of the following background checks:

  • National Police Checks (NPC);

  • Working with Children Check (WWCC) - Depending on the role;

  • Referee Checks - 2 Professional and 1 Personal;

  • All team members must be able to meet the Australian Citizenship/Residency and working rights requirements. (unless specified by the Executive for exemption)
