INTERVIEW PROCESS Upon receiving your complete application, we will access your skills, experience and qualifications against our criteria, if you are successful to the next round, we will invite you for a phone interview with a People and Culture team member. If the People and Culture interview are successful, we may invite you to a face-to-face or teleconference interview with a Delegate or and the Hiring Manager to see whether you would be a good fit within our organisation and for you to see if our organisation is a good fit for you. CHECKS & TRAINING As a final step, you will be required to undergo National Police Checks (NPC), Working with Children Check (WWCC), Referee Checks, the applicant must be able to meet the Citizenship/Residency and working rights requirements. Everyone will also have the opportunity to undertake the following training free of charge: - Fair Work Ombudsman (FWO); - Council of Social Services (QCOSS); - Mandate Report Training, for both Victoria and New South Wales; - COVID 19 Training; - Indigenous Cultural Training; - Basic Governance and Leadership knowledge training.

Tom has been passionate about community services since 2009 as a youth, Tom has since started five Not-for-Profit and Charitable organisations, which continue to grow and develop under his leadership to serve the greater community, which creates leaders and new opportunities. Tom is a seasoned Not-for-Profit Charity sector Executive who has a passion and drives to empower, inspire, educate, grow, develop, assist, and lead a way for people to reach their full potential and serve their communities. Michelle is a charity consultant and specialist in governance and corporate law especially as applying to the Not-for-Profit sector. Michelle studied law and economics at the University of Queensland and got her Master's in intellectual property law at Murdoch University in Perth and worked as a research fellow. Michelle has spent the past 16 years in legal administration to medical services businesses associated with the oil and gas industry and most recently has transitioned into providing governance and consulting services to the Not-for-Profit sector. This project included the following services, provided by our organisation: Setting up on G-Suite, Seek for Volunteers, Connecting Up, Website Development; Governance Services - e.g. Constitution, By-Laws, Fundraising Licence, Incorporation Process, ACNC Applications, Board and Leadership Training, Coaching; Lions Clubs International Registration, Lions Australia Registrations; Policies and Procedures; Recruitment, People & Culture Training and Development; Financial Governance and Banking Systems and Services; Social Media and Public Relations Systems and Services; Professional Training and Development Services; Diversity, Inclusion, Equality, and Indigenous Recognition and Statements; We completed this full project, in-kind (pro-bono) and within a 12-month time frame, with a 100% satisfactory result. We will continue to support the LEO Club with professional mentoring support services.
